A web-based document management system built from scratch, initiated and architected to support centralized, paperless document handling for Credit and Operational departments at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Scope & Ownership

• Initiated overall technical design and application architecture from the ground up.
• Defined system boundaries, service decomposition, and deployment strategy.
• Actively involved from requirement discovery to production rollout.

Key Contributions

• Designed relational database schema from scratch, including document metadata, versioning, workflow states, and audit trails.
• Designed and implemented microservices architecture for document ingestion, processing, verification, approval, and archival.
• Developed backend services and APIs to handle secure document upload, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Implemented role-based access control (RBAC) and fine-grained authorization for internal users.
• Built asynchronous document processing using message queues to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborated closely with business users to translate operational processes into technical workflows.
