BRI Product Management System is an internal application designed to streamline product governance, monitoring, and evaluation processes across PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Objectives

• Improve efficiency of product submission, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
• Provide centralized documentation for BRI product governance.
• Enable structured qualitative and quantitative product performance measurement.

Scope & Key Contributions

• Transformed previously manual product governance processes into a fully systemized digital workflow.
• Designed and developed backend services to manage product lifecycle, evaluation criteria, and approval flows.
• Built monitoring features to support ongoing product evaluation and performance tracking.
• Ensured all administrative and governance-related product data is properly documented and traceable.
• Supported integration with related internal systems to enable comprehensive product oversight.
